1. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of up to $75 to cover technician scheduling and travel costs.

  • Cancellations can be made via phone (844-697-6324) or email ([email protected]).


2. Refund Policy for Services

  • Diagnostic Fees: Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the technician has completed the diagnostic service. If the customer proceeds with the repair, this fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost.

  • Repair Services: Repairs are considered final once completed and signed off by the customer. Refunds for repair labor are only issued if:

    • The issue was not resolved due to technician error.

    • The repair failed within the covered warranty period (typically 90 days).

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Problems arising from unrelated or new appliance issues.

    • Misuse, improper installation, or tampering post-repair.


3. Parts Return and Refund Policy

  • Special order parts are non-refundable once ordered, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • If a part is defective upon installation, we will replace it at no additional cost under the terms of our parts warranty.

  • Installed parts are not eligible for return unless:

    • Proven defective within the warranty period.

    • Returned in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.


4. Warranties and Rework

  • All repair work is backed by a limited 90-day warranty on labor and parts supplied by Liebherr Service Support and Sales.

  • If the same issue recurs within the warranty window, we will provide follow-up service at no additional charge.

  • Warranty is void if:

    • Appliance has been altered or serviced by another party.

    • Appliance has been misused or damaged after the initial repair.


5. Processing Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We do not issue cash refunds for credit card transactions.
